His vision was to create a family run business, a project integrated in 1992. His notion of family business is reflected in the C.N.F. trademark acronyms, which derive from the first names of his descendants, who inherited the authority to make up the initial Board of Directors. Mr George Christou\u2019s exceptional skills in building interpersonal relationships, innovative approach, and ability to look ahead of the market\u2019s trends are only some of his signature characteristics that are still considered key in the company\u2019s success over the years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<em>Times have changed, the values <\/em><em>\u200b\u200b<\/em><em>are staggered and yet interpersonal relations continue to determine our co<\/em><em>urse as people and as professional<\/em><em>s <\/em>(Former CEO, George Christou 1937-2008).\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From 2008 to 2014, the company was successfully managed by our former General Manager Mr Fanos Christou and Sales Manager Mr Constantinos Christou, both sons of former CEO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, the company is managed by Mr Constantinos Christou from the position of General Manager. The company is currently run by the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Generation. More importantly, the company remains loyal in maintaining its core values and mission.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>This page is in loving memory of our former CEO Mr George Christou and former General Manager Mr Fanos Christou, who passed away. May their souls rest in peace.
